Organic Cinnamon (Cinnamomum loureiroi), Organic Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Organic Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Organic Clove Buds (Syzygium aromaticum), Organic Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)
Directions:
Use spring or filtered water. Quick Brew: one teabag in a mug, cover, steep 3–5 minutes. Traditional Chai: one teabag + ¼ cup milk + ⅔ cup water + a little sugar. Simmer (do not boil) 3–8 minutes. Remove teabags and serve.
